Itinerary

Day 1 – Luxor: Karnak & Luxor Temple
Welcome at Luxor airport or station, transfer and embarkation on your 5★ cruise ship.
Check into your cabin and enjoy a welcome drink, followed by lunch on board.
Afternoon visits:

  • The vast Temple Complex of Karnak, spanning 60 hectares and dedicated to the god Amun.

  • The elegant Luxor Temple, glowing in the sunset with its colonnades, colossal statues, and 22m-high obelisk (twin of the one in Paris’ Place de la Concorde).
    Dinner on board, with live music in the lounge bar.
    Overnight stay on board in Luxor.

Day 2 – Valley of the Kings & Hatshepsut Temple | Esna Lock
Breakfast on board. Excursion to the West Bank:

  • Valley of the Kings, resting place of pharaohs such as Ramses II, Seti I, and Tutankhamun.

  • The terraced Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, built dramatically against the cliffs.

  • Photo stop at the Colossi of Memnon, two 17m-high sandstone giants.
    Return for lunch on board. Begin sailing south toward Esna.
    Enjoy tea service on deck during the spectacular crossing of the Esna Lock. Continue cruising toward Edfu.
    Dinner on board with evening entertainment.
    Overnight stay on board.

Day 3 – Edfu & Kom Ombo
Breakfast on board.

  • Visit the Temple of Horus at Edfu by horse-drawn carriage — one of the best-preserved temples in Egypt.
    Sail onward to Kom Ombo, with lunch and tea service on deck.

  • Visit the Temple of Kom Ombo, dramatically set on a hill above the Nile and uniquely dedicated to two gods: Horus and Sobek.
    Return on board and continue sailing south toward Aswan.
    Enjoy an Egyptian-style dinner and a festive costume party in the lounge bar.
    Overnight stay on board.

Day 4 – Aswan: Philae Temple & the Unfinished Obelisk
Breakfast on board.

  • Explore the Temple of Philae, a romantic island sanctuary dedicated to Isis.

  • Visit the Unfinished Obelisk in the granite quarries, abandoned due to cracks but still offering insights into ancient engineering.
    Return for lunch on board. Free afternoon in Aswan to relax or explore.
    Dinner on board followed by a Nubian folklore show in the lounge bar.
    Overnight stay on board in Aswan.

Day 5 – Departure
Breakfast on board.
Cabins must be vacated before noon.
Private transfer to Aswan airport for your onward journey
