Day 1: Cairo → Bahariya Oasis

• Scenic Drive West: Depart Cairo in the morning for a scenic five-hour drive through the desert plateau, leaving the city behind as you journey towards the remote Western Desert. Your destination is the historic Bahariya Oasis, a fertile depression once renowned in antiquity for its wine production.

• Hotel Check-in & Oasis Exploration: Check into your comfortable oasis hotel and enjoy a welcome lunch. Spend the afternoon exploring the lush landscape: stroll among palm and olive groves, visit traditional mud-brick villages, and take a relaxing, therapeutic swim in the natural Kassaa Well hot spring.

• Sunset & Evening: Venture to the surrounding salt lake of Marron and the fossil-rich hills of Dest and Maghrafa. Cap the day by climbing the Black Mountain or English Mountain for a breathtaking panoramic sunset view over the entire oasis before dinner and your overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2: The Black Desert, Crystal Mountain & Aqabat Valley

• 4×4 Desert Safari: After breakfast, switch to rugged 4×4 vehicles for a full day of off-road exploration. Your first major stop is the Black Desert, an awe-inspiring landscape of conical hills covered in black volcanic basalt pebbles, creating a dramatic, moon-like scenery.

• Natural Wonders & Lunch: Climb Marsous Hill and Panorama Hill for sweeping desert vistas before continuing to El Haize Oasis for a refreshing lunch and another swim in its natural hot springs. Next, discover the stunning Crystal Mountain, a natural rock arch glittering with countless quartz crystal veins.

• Desert Camping: Traverse the stunning Aqabat Valley, a vast natural amphitheater where the sand is scattered with unique, flower-shaped iron pyrite stones. As evening falls, set up camp and enjoy a traditional barbecue dinner under an endless canopy of brilliant desert stars.

Day 3: Ain el-Serw & The White Desert

• Morning Hike & Magic Spring: Wake up to the profound silence of the desert. After breakfast, take a morning hike in the Aqabat Valley before visiting the mysterious Ain el-Serw, a “magic spring” known to flow only when approached by people or animals.

• White Desert Exploration: Continue your journey to the world-famous White Desert National Park. Enter a surreal, dreamlike landscape of massive chalk rock formations sculpted by wind and sand into shapes resembling giant mushrooms, towering icebergs, and mythical creatures.

• Sunset & Final Camp: Witness an unforgettable sunset as the white chalk rocks glow in brilliant shades of orange, pink, and gold. Enjoy a final special barbecue dinner and spend your last magical night camping amidst this extraordinary natural sculpture garden.

Day 4: White Desert → Cairo

• Desert Dawn & Return: Experience the serene beauty of dawn in the White Desert one last time. After breakfast in camp, take a final walk to absorb the majestic, silent landscape. Board your 4×4 for the return drive to Bahariya Oasis, where you’ll transfer back to your private vehicle for the return journey to Cairo.

• Drop-off in Cairo: Enjoy a final reflective drive back to the capital. Your driver will ensure a smooth journey, delivering you directly to your Cairo hotel in the afternoon with memories of Egypt’s stunning desert wilderness.
