Day 1: Cairo → Fayoum → Bahariya Oasis

 

Depart from Cairo in the morning and head to the Fayoum Oasis.

Visit Lake Qarun, one of the oldest natural lakes in the world, followed by Wadi El Rayan, famous for its desert waterfalls and scenic dunes.

Explore The Waterwheels (Al-Sawaqi), an iconic symbol of Fayoum’s agricultural heritage.

 

Enjoy lunch, then continue to Wadi El Hitan (Valley of the Whales), a UNESCO World Heritage site known for the fossils of ancient whales that once swam here millions of years ago.

 

Continue driving to Bahariya Oasis.

Dinner and overnight stay in Bahariya.

Day 2: Black Desert → Aqabat → White Desert Camping

 

After breakfast, begin your adventure into the Black Desert, known for its volcanic formations and dark hills.

 

After lunch, visit the stunning Aqabat (Agabat Valley), one of the most breathtaking landscapes in the Western Desert — towering rock formations rising from golden sand.

 

Continue to the White Desert, where surreal chalk formations create an otherworldly landscape.

Dinner and overnight camping under the desert sky.

Day 3: White Desert → Crystal Mountain → Cairo

 

After breakfast, explore more of the White Desert’s unique formations before visiting Crystal Mountain, a natural hill glittering with quartz crystals.
